Our rustic lodge area has been a family favorite for five generations! Our restaurant, swimming pool, wading pool and courtyard area, playground, laundromat, office, launching ramp and marina are all within walking distance! Wireless internet is available in all of our Lodge units and in the restaurant and public areas for a small daily use fee. The Lodge Conference Building is just below the pool area, the perfect place for meetings, banquets, retreats and family reunions. All of our units are unique and furnishings, views and bedding vary. Units shown are specific units which can be rented and only represent the units pictured.

2008 Rates:
Rates are per night and Arkansas lodging tax is an additional 9%. Off season rates apply Jan thru Feb and the day after Labor Day through December. Weekend rates apply Memorial Weekend through Labor Day weekend. Regular rate applies Mar - August through the week, excluding weekends. Holiday rates apply to all holidays and through the week over the Fourth of July holiday. Extra person fees and other chargers may also apply.

Harbor House, the residence of Hal Barnes, the founder of the resort, has now been extensively remodeled and is open for groups, families, small groups and meetings! This circa 1970's modular home - one of the first ever on the market - sits on almost two acres in a park like setting. Featuring many of the furnishings and antiques of the original owners, the home has lake-edge access, spacious decks with an outdoor fireplace, hot tub and rock patios. The home also features three bedrooms - one with a king, one with a queen and one with two queen beds; two baths, fully equipped kitchen, two TV's, VCR, DVD, boat slips and washer and dryer. No sleeper sofa. Non-smoking and pet friendly.
